Kristi is a certified WenDo Women's Self Defense Instructor and owner of Wen-Do Women NY, LLC. Kristi has been involved with WenDo since 2019 when she took her first 2 Day, 15 Hour, Basic Course and experienced the power of this program. She is a strong advocate for creating culture change and safety within our communities and has 15 years experience working as an advocate for survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse. She is passionate about creating welcoming spaces for women and girls to find their power and challenge the lies we've been told by society. Kristi is currently able to offer WenDo Women's Self Defense classes up to 2 full days (15 hours) anywhere in the United States. Classes are available for those who live and identify as women and girls 10 years and older of all abilities, including those who use assistive devices.
