Hi! I love to bring women together for events that support personal and collective transformation. I am a trauma-informed somatic practitioner and love bringing the wisdom of the body into my events. Being in the body helps awaken intuition and emotion. While the mind is a powerful tool that helps us analyze and make meaning, we really EXPERIENCE life through our body. Engaging in somatic practices has helped me feel more alive! I love sharing my favourite practices with other women and adding a somatic lens to my rituals and guided meditations. Community and ritual have been vital parts of my well-being for decades. It's a deep joy for me to be part of creating ceremonies to nourish the mind, body, heart and soul.
