Wendy Moran is a BWY Hatha Yoga Teacher and Founder of Amity Yoga Wellness. An advanced practitioner she has taught and hosted wellness events for 17 years.A Retreat Leader hosts retreats around the UK and Spain, including holistic and wellbeing events, workshops and corporate wellness. Based in Liverpool, UK.Wendy offers a balance of traditional hatha yoga practices, following the 8 limbs of yoga. Vinyasa flow is well paced with a sensitive rhythm. Meditation, yogic breathing, pranayama and deep relaxation.She continues to deepen her practice with advanced pranayama yogic studies with Yoga Elder Sama Fabian.Wendy especially likes to share the benefits that yoga brings to her and inspires others to make yoga a daily practice to enhance their whole wellbeing.
