I am a certified Forest Bathing guide with a passion for helping others reconnect with nature through the practice of Shinrin-Yoku (the Japanese art of forest therapy). With training in forest bathing and combining my experience as a credentialed ICF coach, I guide individuals and groups on immersive outdoor experiences that promote mindfulness, relaxation, and well-being.
