Woodlands Breathinginvites you to experience forest therapy from a base in West Lothian in Scotland - either in person or online. A Forest Bathing experience is a gentle and contemplative walk, immersed in nature, where you will be guided to awaken your senses and slow down as you connect with your surroundings and yourself. Bring a curious mind and afterwards, a walk in the woods will never be quite the same! Your Guide is certified by the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy(ANFT), a global network of guides working in over 65 countries. Alternatively, you can connect online (virtually - with a phone, headphones and internet connection). An online experience means that you can join from your local woodland or park, or the comfort of your home with a view of nature and a houseplant wherever you are based in the world while your Guide is walking in Scotland.You can join one of our events to experience forest bathing or wellBEing in the woods in a group setting, or we can discuss options for a bespoke event (such as groups of friends/family/interest for general wellbeing, 1:1, staff wellbeing or talks).Gift yourself or someone special some time and space to connect with and explore nature from a different perspective.
