Worthing Wellbeing

I first became interested in ‘alternative therapies’ back in the early 1990’s and have been working in the fields of wellbeing ever since. I am a qualified therapist and use a combination of Massage, Aromatherapy, Reflexology and Reiki to facilitate wellbeing in myself and others. I am also a Zen Meditation & Mindfulness and Yoga Facilitator/Teacher.I have attended and facilitated many wellbeing events and ceremonies such as soundbaths, Shamanic Journeying, Kirtan’s and Conscious Dance Events.Having fairly recently landed in Worthing, I look forward to creating experiences through events and therapies.
