Hi, I’m Bijal and I’m passionate about sharing the gift of yoga.Based in South Manchester,UK, I offer welcoming and accessible classes, both in person and online, designed to bring calm and presence to your day.My own yoga journey began in my early 20s, and I was deeply impacted by a teacher whose classes incorporated grounding meditation, intention setting and tension-relieving movement. These practices inspired me to deepen my practice and become a teacher.
