Hi I'm Swenja (Sven-ya). I am a certified yoga instructor who has a passion for creating good in this world one yoga class at a time. I facilitate yoga retreats and teach to children and adults. When I am not teaching yoga, you can catch me spending time with my animals or exploring out on the trails.
