Born of East Indian (Bengali) and Caucasian heritage, she embodies Eastern and Western Yoga philosophies and practices. She has a professional background in social justice, adult learning, group facilitation and workplace wellness.Over the past several years, Lisa-Rani has acquired extensive knowledge in various personal and spiritual development disciplines, including vocal activation, motivational coaching, mindfulness meditation, somatic movement, breath-work, essential oils aromatherapy, and chakra energy healing.
