About

Darlynn (she/her) is a mover and a healer. She is certified in 720 hours of yoga training and vedic philosophy from all across the world; including styles in Hatha, Sivananda Yoga, Trauma Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY), and Kundalini Yoga.She works as a somatic and trauma informed psychotherapist, and is also an intuitive healer and medicine woman. She is passionate about functional and integrative medicines, and believes that mother earth and ourselves can be our greatest teachers. She practices a new paradigm of Kundalini yoga, and stands in solidarity with her fellow sisters against injustice that came from older paradigms. She believes in yoga practices as a personal worship of self with your own highest power - not to any other human, system, or authority.
