Lead Instructor - Kev Bland (former Royal Marines Commando).Kev has a 1st class BA (Hons) degree in Education and specialised in Well-being, behaviour and motivation. He has been involved in numerous complex roles and projects since leaving the military, including lecturing on behaviour at the University of Derby( PGCE), Performance coaching for Worldskills Uk and a number of special action Military roles within the film Industry.Yompfit aims to enable the client to gain confidence, resilience and a new perspective to increase personal performance throughout all aspects of their life, be it work, school, relationships or even to check off a few 'bucket list' items.
