Young Parents with No Fixed Address Network

Young Parents with No Fixed Address is a network of agencies and organizations dedicated to the well-being of under housed/unhoused pregnant and parenting young people. Collaboratively, the network addresses the barriers to accessing equitable social determinants of health through case consultations, advocacy and policy discussions. The YPNFA network focuses on building resilience and resources among the Network to cultivate change within systems to better the lives of the people served.
