THE HIATUS RETREAT

Come April, it’s going to be time to hit pause on life’s chaos and indulge in a day (or two!) of pure, unfiltered you-time. The Hiatus Retreat is your ticket to relaxation, rejuvenation, and a sprinkle of joy you didn’t know you needed. Spaces are limited because tranquility is best enjoyed in small, intimate doses. This retreat is designed to bring mothers, homemakers, and career-driven women between the ages of 30-45 who are committed to pouring into their families, careers, and communities together to simply rest, relax, and relate to one another. There is currently an Early Bird Special running until February 13, 2025.

Itinerary

Friday, April 4, 2025

The retreat begins with Early Check-in from 7PM to 9PM, offering attendees a smooth start to settle in. An optional off-site dinner is available for those interested in connecting with others. The rest of the evening is reserved for relaxation and unwinding.

Saturday, April 5, 2025

The day kicks off with a 6AM check-in and a light continental breakfast. Participants will enjoy a Welcome Wellness Walk, followed by a rejuvenating yoga and sound bath therapy session. After a refreshing mimosa brunch, the afternoon features 30-minute massages paired with lunch. The day concludes with a private chef-prepared dinner accompanied by a "Dinner & Dinero", a discussion with a Financial Advisor, promoting both nourishment and empowerment.

Sunday, April 6, 2025

The final morning begins with an optional 30-minute Yoni Steam at 7AM, providing a gentle start to the day. Guests will share a hearty breakfast at 9AM before preparing for an 11AM checkout. The retreat concludes with a sense of renewal and readiness for the week ahead.

***Early Check-In Option: Early Check-In begins Friday, April 4, 2025 at 7pm. It helps to get settled in ahead of time, as we will start bright and early at 8am with our Welcome Wellness Walk. Premium Rooms include early check-in, so no need to add it on! Early Check-In is applied per room, so if you select double occupancy, both guests will be eligible to arrive on Friday, April 4, 2025.
