1. Opening Segment: The Future Is Already Here

30 minutes

A contextual keynote that challenges conventional thinking. Why most strategies fail by depending on hindsight or outdated forecasting. Introduction to the Four Futures Model: Probable, Projected, Plausible, Possible.

2. Mapping the Signal Landscape

60 minutes

Participants are introduced to real-world sources of foresight data: patents, research repositories, startup intelligence, open-source codebases, and behavioral patterns. Includes a guided hands-on signal scanning exercise.

3. Signal Interpretation and Pattern Intelligence

60 minutes

Tools and frameworks to interpret signals: cross-impact analysis, futures wheels, weak signal differentiation, and convergence detection. Includes a team-based exercise to analyze a curated foresight dataset.

4. From Foresight to Strategic Action

60 minutes

Transitioning from insight to implementation. Applying backcasting, systems mapping, and the Signal-to-Strategy Blueprint to define actionable pathways. Group activity to co-develop strategic response options.

5. Closing: Reflection and Commitment

30 minutes

Participants consolidate insights, identify opportunities within their domain, and define a foresight-informed decision they will explore post-session. Final Q&A and introduction to the Invictus Foresight Frame.
