🌸 Event Description

Welcome to the ISEK.AI Buildathon: a 24-hour hackathon celebrating anime, games, and chaos as part of the KiyokoCon ACG convention.
Your mission is to build something so dumb it’s genius.

Whether it's an AI Vtuber with a superiority complex, a dating sim that adjusts your crypto wallet when you get rejected, or a deckbuilder where you draw 69 cards to win: if it’s weird, funny, and somehow works, it belongs here.

Choose your path:

• Track 1: Anime.net – AI meets anime. Build anything anime-related (yes, even fanservice-as-a-service).

• Track 2: Game.exe – Make a weird but fun game in any engine or genre.

• Track 3: Deckbuilder DX – Create the most chaotic card or board game ever conceived. Dumb rules encouraged.

Come alone or bring a team (max 4). No experience needed.

Winners will show off the chaos at KiyokoCon 2025 - whatever you build will be played or experienced by attendees of the KiyokoCon, so be ready to build something legendary.

Nov 1 (Saturday)

10:30 AM - Registration & Check-in

11:00 AM - Opening Ceremony

11:30 AM - Building Starts

01:00 PM - Lunch Break

02:00 PM - Mentors arrive

10:00 PM - Day 1 Checkpoint and Wrap Up (for those still alive)

Nov 2 (Sunday)

8:00 AM - Day 2 starts + Final Build Sprint

10:00 AM - Submissions portal opens

12:00 PM - Submissions close + Judging begins + On-the-floor showcase to judges

2:00 PM - Winners announced + Showcase on-stage @ KiyokoCon 2025

3:30 PM - On-the-floor showcase to con attendees!

Judging Criteria

• Dumbness-to-Genius Ratio (30%) – Does it make us laugh and somehow work?

• Creativity (30%) – Unique concept, clever twist, or pure madness.

• Execution (25%) – Does it actually run, or did you just gaslight us?

• Showmanship (15%) – How legendary is your final demo?
