SHE RETURNS is a series of 6 sessions.

Design especially only for women to support safety,, grounding and reconnection with your body.

There is nothing you need to fix, prove or perform.

Your presence is enough

What this session is:

• A trauma aware, body led experience
• A space for gentle emotional release without storfytelling
• A circle of sisterhood, confidentiality and respect

What this session is NOT:

• Not therapy or medical treatment
• Not a place to relive traumatic events
• Not a space where sharing is compulsory

You take home:

• Gentle home practice
