Noteworthy Resources of Albany, Inc. (NWR) is a unique nonprofit organization founded in 2017 by Tatiana Gjergji-Benack, first generation Albanian-American woman! NWR is located in Albany, NY and brings all people of all ages together to better support their needs and sense of belonging in the community.Our mission: to empower communities and make supportive holistic resources accessible through educational workshops, community events, support groups, and skateboarding. We implement mental, emotional, and social (holistic) resources and support in fun, sober, and creative ways. NWR tries its best to make it easier for individuals and families to access resources to support their personal growth and success. We are at the schools, skateparks, teaching educational workshops, support groups, and hosting creative community events.
