Caregiver Mental Wellness, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to supporting the well-being of family caregivers. Our mission is to educate, raise awareness, and advocate for family caregivers by presentations, workshops, speaking engagements and promoting proactive support systems and caregiver-friendly workplaces. Through our programs, we aim to reduce burnout and help caregivers achieve a healthier work-life balance.We focus on empowering family caregivers—whether they are adult children caring for aging parents, spouses, or relatives tending to loved ones with illness, dementia, cancer, or other conditions. We also support parents of children with special needs, including those with autism or Down syndrome, as well as grandparents raising grandchildren. Our goal is to remind caregivers of the importance of self-care and well-being without guilt, which is essential in preventing burnout.If you are a family caregiver, a faith-based organization, men or women's club, governmental organization, employer, or represent an organization that supports caregivers, we invite you to contact us at info@caregivermentalwellness.com to request a training event.
