Reno has a proud history of inspiring young minds. Historically through science fairs, Reno encouraged students to explore their passions in STEM. Unfortunately, the long-standing tradition, once hosted by UNR, was lost in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. Now, we are bringing it back—stronger than ever.This May, we are reviving the Northern Nevada Science Fair, expanding its reach to include students not only in Reno but also in surrounding areas and reserves. Our vision is to create a lasting tradition, passing leadership from one generation of student organizers to the next.The Inaugural SciVenture Fair will take place at The Discovery, 490 S. Center Street in Downtown Reno on May 3, 2025 1-4:30pm.
