Over the past 15 years, it has taught me patience, helped me appreciate the present moment, and provided countless other health benefits.As a certified Yoga Alliance RYT, I love sharing what I've learned. I'm also a Level 4 Master Reiki healer and a certified meditation coach. In my classes, I blend these techniques with feel-good music, essential oils, and Indian head massage to create a truly holistic experience.Our retreats bring together a variety of practitioners from different backgrounds to give you a broad range of education and new experiences.
