Yoga at Durrasis an small intimate Yoga studio in South Durras on the NSW South Coast run by Elise May, a is a former professional dancer who has utilised the broad ranging benefits of yoga for many years as part of her physical training and as a dance teacher and workshop facilitator. After many years of teaching and practicing yoga in a variety of dance-related contexts, she formalised her training and has recently taught yoga more broadly in the community.Elise integrates her experience of movement, the body, creativity, yoga and wellness into her practice as a teacher, working in education and wellness contexts with groups and individuals from dance and non-dance backgrounds. Elise believes strongly in the power of yoga and restorative yoga to heal the nervous system and restore physical and mental wellbeing.
