I used to wake up early just to sneak a few quiet moments in the kitchen in the weekends, before my parents got up. If I created something delicious, I happily shared it with my family. If not... I would quietly toss it and erase all evidence, haha. By age 13, I was already in charge of the family’s celebratory barbecues.Though I later became a dentist and pursued a career in Global Health, I eventually blended my background with project management and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, all while keeping my love for cooking close to my heart.Hala’s Nook is where I now share that passion. It is a cosy corner for food lovers, art enthusiasts, and curious minds to explore unique culinary and sensory experiences. What draws me to cooking is its endless room for creativity, a chance to express myself and craft something completely new, or old but with my own tiwst.Join me for an experience that goes beyond just food.
