Michelle has been a fitness coach and personal trainer in the Redding area since 2012. She started out coaching group classes in her co-owned CrossFit gym from 2012-2017. Throughout her time there, she found a love for helping people reach their goals. After she and her husband sold the gym, she continued to coach classes and PT clients while continuing her education on how to help people move better. It was through one of her coaching mentors that she read the book "The Body Keeps the Score" which launched her on a path of pursing whole hearted health; mind, body and spirit. Since 2019, she has focused much of her time and energy learning about nervous system regulation, educating and helping women train with their monthly cycle, and breath work. Teaching men and women how to pay attention to what their bodies/nervous systems are communicating on any given day and how to parnter with their body instead of punish it in the gym is her passion. The most recent certificate she has accquired is to hold space for, and facilitate 9D Breath Journeys, which is a pwerful, safe and effective way for the body to process conscious or unconscious "baggage" it has been holding onto. She is honored to be the first 9D varified facilitator in the area.
