Mel McDevitt is a dedicatedbreathwork facilitator, Reiki Master, and holistic practitionerpassionate about guiding others on their journey of self-discovery and healing. Her path into breathwork began during a retreat in the Netherlands, where she first encountered the profound effects of somatic breathwork. From that moment, breathwork became an integral part of her life, leading her to train as a 9D Breathwork facilitator—a calling she couldn't ignore.With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Mel’s practice extends beyond breathwork. She began her Reiki journey in 2021, achieving Reiki Level 1, followed by Level 2 in 2024, and later becoming a Reiki Master in 2025. Reiki has been a transformative tool in her work, bringing balance, relaxation, and healing to herself, her loved ones, and the clients she supports. Her knowledge is further enriched by an introductory course in crystal therapy and essential oils, adding depth to her holistic approach.Mel believes in creating asafe, nurturing spacefor others to release, heal, and reconnect with themselves. Whether through breathwork, Reiki, or a combination of both, she helps clients shed emotional layers, regulate their nervous systems, and find a sense of peace within.Outside of her practice, Mel is a mother to two wonderful girls and married to an Irishman who keeps life full of love and laughter. She finds joy in deep conversations, synchronicities, and the kind of belly laughs that make your ribs ache. With a soft spot for leopard print, thin crumpets, and the warmth of the sun on her face, she embraces life with a light heart and an open mind.
