Event EndedSupport Group: Coping with Loneliness

This support group is intended for anyone to join, connect, and have an empathetic conversation with others who are going through similar experiences. The theme we will be talking about is "Coping with Loneliness". We gain support and support each other through sharing. 

Our counsellor will be facilitating the group, and share helpful insights that might help you with your thoughts and feelings, expanding your perspective.

Our support group event will be taking place physically at our clubhouse. There will be an entrance fee of RM25.
