Hi, I’m Joe. In the mid 80’s, I studied comedy with Second City and Theatre Sports in Toronto. I’ve been doing corporate events for decades. On March 1st, 1986 I launched an Insurance Agency in lovely Cambridge Ontario. My team and I took great pride in serving our clients and as a result, in a district of 32 Agents (roughly) we were routinely the number Agency related to customer retention. In 2013, I went on a journey around the eastern part of the US, collecting amazing customer service stories, from Brokers, Agents and team members. I did this, because I couldn’t understand how we (those who provided incredible customer service) were losing market share to the on-line companies. I retired on 12/31/2016 and immediately began trying to figure out how to tell my story to the world. Everything became clear on 12/22/2022. This was the day that changed my life forever!
