With a particular focus on mental and emotional wellbeing, our face-to-face training aims to raise awareness, reduce stigma and discrimination, enable people to recognise the signs and symptoms of stress and other mental health issues and support individuals to care for their own emotional wellbeing alongside promoting access to appropriate support services.
