Guests are also invited to soak up guided mindful walks and forest bathing in Woodhill Park's ancient woodlands. Our professional chefs are passionate about preparing a nutritious and delicious full-board menu.This 4 Day retreat, set in the beautiful Shropshire hills, will offer you an opportunity to recharge and rebalance.
