SOMATIC THERAPIST - BREATH,BODY & ENERGY WORK - Sound & Plant MedicineFor long I struggled with addiction, chronic depression and overall emotional unstability. After years of traditional therapy, I had explored my traumas, triggers, and thought patterns in great depth. While my mind could rationalize much of my past, I often felt stuck in the same destructive behaviors, unable to fully break free. I knew there was something deeper at play that my mind alone couldn’t reach. My passion for health and wellness had always driven me to explore new modalities, and it was this curiosity that led me to a breathwork class—one that would change the course of my healing journey.Though I was familiar with practices like Wim Hof and basic pranayama, I wasn’t prepared for the profound experience of holotropic breathwork. At the time, I didn’t even know what holotropic breathwork was, but during that class, I experienced a deep emotional release that felt like the missing link I had been searching for throughout years of therapy. It was the first time I truly felt aligned in my mind, body, and emotions.That powerful experience sparked a deep commitment to breathwork, and I immersed myself in the practice. While I’ve always considered myself a spiritual person, I’m equally passionate about understanding the science behind each method. To deepen my knowledge and skills, I pursued formal training as a breathwork therapist. Through this process, I discovered that breathwork was the bridge between my mind, body, and soul—something I had been searching for.Now, as a certified Trauma Informed Holosomatic Breathwork Therapist, I am deeply committed to helping others experience the same transformative healing I found. I believe breathwork is a powerful tool for personal growth and emotional release, and I am passionate about guiding others on their own healing journeys, helping them access the body’s innate ability to heal, and facilitating deep connection to their true selves.
