My accessible chair yoga classes provide nurturing movement opportunities for all bodies and abilities, ensuring everyone can experience the benefits of yoga practice.As the founder and host of the Yoga Teachers Network, I facilitate monthly community gatherings where teachers come together to share practices, exchange knowledge, and support each other's growth. These sessions create a vibrant space for connection and professional development on the first Sunday of each month.One-to-One Work: My personalised coaching packages combine somatic movement practices with transformative coaching techniques. Through 6-week, 12-week, or 6-month journeys, we work together to develop your body awareness, release tension patterns, and create lasting positive change.
