Hey lovely,My name is Monika and I'm organiser of Ecstatic Dance Bournemouth .I am owner and founder of MM-Meaningful Massage. I am Intuitive Holistic Massage Therapist and Facilitator of Sound healing sessions , Sunday Snuggles Connection sessions & Circle for Feminine in Bournemouth & LondonI am originally from Slovakia recently moved to Bournemouth and previously lived in North West London for past 16 years.Few years ago I requalified from safe and stable production supervisor engineering job to become a independent Massage Therapist. I use to love my job but I struggle with people. I was trying to create space where people will come and enjoy their work but they weren't interested, all they wanted was pay check in the end of the month. It become very toxic environment for me very stressful and overwhelming and I become more and more anxious. I knew if I stay I become like others. It wasn't easy but I was brave enough to make a change.There is nothing I loves more than sharing my knowledge and expertise both in person and online. I value growth and expansion . I am enthusiastic woman who inspire and encouraging others. You can have great conversation with me about health, lifestyle, human body, exercise, sleep, supplements, nutrition, sex, money, relationships or trauma.I been fascinating about how our mind work so mindset and self development is very important to me.I been diving in self development programs related to relationships, personality patterns, attachment styles, masculine/feminine dynamics inner child, limiting believes and more for past 8 years.I am able to hold safe space , I listen with open heart with no judgment only compassion and love. I been told my voice is very calm and soothing .People keep saying that to me and it make me smile. I listen to my intuition during session so there is no same session twice. I been told I have magic hands lol and after massage with me you will experience Monika's effect or as others say walking on cloud total Zen. :-)I enjoying bringing like minded people together and creating community .I has been successfully helping people who are struggling with stress, anxiety, pain, sleep & posture. . .I facilitates group workshops to help people tune and connect in the body with meditation, breathwork ,movement ,sound healing and physical touch.With 1-2-1 clients I looks at the person in a holistic way. I do not treat or focus on the problem I treat people as a whole. I ask quastions which helping me to understand you, you as whole . I looks at past issues, injuries and what is going on in client live at this moment on a physical, emotional and mental level.
