Each sourdough is unique and handcrafted, reflecting Ann’s joy in baking and making wonderful food for the people she loves. She has adapted traditional processes to create healthy, delicious breads that can be baked at home without fancy equipment while fitting around our busy modern lifestyles. Ann bakes from her home kitchen in Middle Cove where she lives with her family, a flock of spoilt chickens and way too many brush turkeys.
