It’s the kind of energy that others can feel before you even say a word.At Glow Theory, we support you in embracing that feeling through movement, self-growth, rediscovering your passions, and an incredible community of friends.Led by Kelsey (Yoga & Pilates instructor) and Cass (Holistic nutritionist & Pilates instructor), Glow Theory is your space to grow, move, and build friendships that bring out your best self —and keep things fun along the way. We know how hard it can be to meet new friends as an adult, which is exactly why we started this.
