I am a 200 hour certified yoga instructor. I was taught in the style of Power Vinyasa at House of Yoga in York, PA. I currently teach Power, Vinyasa and Gentle Yoga at Your Yoga in West York, PA.I’ve been practicing yoga since 2008. My personal practice consists of daily meditation and breathwork, monthly sound healings and attending gentle and power classes several times a week or practicing at home!
