Currently serving as a Restorative Practices Consultant and Trainer for the Del Bono Group, Jennifer is contracted by the County of Santa Clara Behavioral Health Services to enhance school environments. As a Subject Matter Expert for the REMS TA Center, she provides training on Resilience Strategies for Educators as an essential component of school readiness and emergency management.With over 25 years in education, Jennifer's experience includes her role as Principal and District Administrator in Santa Clara County, where she implemented a comprehensive system of support addressing academic, social-emotional, and attendance needs including the successful launch of a school-based Wellness Center. As the Director of Safe and Healthy Schools for the Santa Clara County Office of Education, Jennifer led initiatives in PBIS, foster youth services, and suicide prevention, significantly contributing to the region's school safety protocols. She's on the Executive Leadership Team for the HEARD Alliance, a collaborative promoting mental health and wellbeing to treat depression and related conditions and to prevent suicide in youth.Her academic credentials include a Master’s in Educational Leadership and Administration from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's degree in History from Fresno State University.
