After obtaining his culinary degree he later returned to that same college and taught culinary courses to help others earn their degree. He takes pride in his craft by seeking out knowledge and trends that keeps him innovative and fluent. His background is made up Ethnic cuisines, that includes Indian, Italian, Jamaican, and Latin. He has served as Executive Chef, for popular golf resorts and trendy restaurants. Chef Wic has also consulted for several Atlanta based restaurants, creating cost effective, yet taste appealing menus that are still being utilized today.Above all, he loves the challenge of preparing great meals that leaves one wanting more. This is quite obvious when dining in either of his establishments. Trend Urban Café offers fresh cooked dishes ranging from top selling vegan options to meat eating options.
