Hi! I’m Jess and I founded Herbal Hedgerow based on my passion for herbal tea. It all started when I noticed i had a sensitivity to caffeine, I used to be a good old builders brew drinker but still dabbled in a few herbal teas and loved blending my own, this then opened the wide world of herbs! I became fascinated by the traditional uses and folklore behind all of these wonderous plants and it’s definitely become one of my passions.So I thought why not try and spread the word (and taste!) of all these beneficial plants and test the waters with my blends! So with my experience in horticulture, passion for herbalism, and with help from my friends and family, I created ‘Herbal Hedgerow’ to make this vision a reality.The workshops i have created have stemmed from my passion to learn and craft, sharing the knowledge i have gained, and weaving the stories behind the plants that we share this earth with, connecting us back to our ancestral roots.
