Hello ThereI am Olivia “Coach O” Ibezim, and I am the founder/owner of W. O. W Workout Olivia’s Ways LLC. I am a proud Nigerian (Ibow) woman born & raised in Dallas, Texas. The beautification of myself, as well as others, has always been a driving force for me. I pride myself on trying to make others feel wonderful.Wellness is a quality for being healthy mind, body, and spirit. I’ve coached for two decades men, women, and children. With the knowledge and wisdom received throughout my experience, I’ve made it my life’s mission to bring forth wellness to as many people that I come across. Workout Olivia’s Ways is plural because there are several ways to achieve the wholeness goals which we seek for balance.My motto is,” You cannot be physically fit yet mentally & spiritually obese. It will not work.” This statement means all three must be trained to evolve and elevate to the next level of life. So join me as we explore some of the things you didn’t realize were a form of training. I will teach you, your partner and village that each situation we’ve experienced was to chisel us all to a better balance. It all happens through the betterment for us all. Get ready to train mind, body, and spirit with core exercises, yoga, couples yoga , meditation, journal, prayer, nutrition, literacy, track & field training , HIIT and other forms of workout. With me, it’s always a surprise. I look forward to having a “W.O.W Fit Party” with you.
