My name is Lee I’m a certified breathwork teacher. My journey into breathwork began with a deep desire to help others connect with their inner strength, release emotional blockages, heal and create peace in their lives.With years of practice and a heart-centered leadership approach with my work at high tech company and leading Men’s work circles, I create nurturing spaces for individuals and groups to explore the transformative potential of breathwork. Whether you're seeking stress relief, emotional clarity, healing or spiritual growth, my sessions are designed to meet you where you are and support you every step of the way to go as deep as you would like to go.Breathwork became the natural next step on my path—a bridge between personal growth and collective healing. It has transformed my own life, and teaching breathwork to get underneath the surface and give access to emotions, your heart and soul is my current purpose. Today, it’s my mission to create opportunities for others and guiding them to rediscover their power, heal themselves, cultivate peace, clarity and a deeper connection to themselves and their hearts.Currently based near beautiful Berthoud, Colorado, I’m grateful to bring this work to my local community. Beyond breathwork, I draw inspiration from the natural beauty of Colorado, spending time outdoors, hiking and fostering meaningful connections with loved ones.I’m here to guide you in rediscovering the healing power of your breath, two mindful inhales and one exhale at a time.
