Working and interacting with people from all walks of life is my passion.I've had a long standing professional career mainly as a project and change manager. People's "mind" is very often a blocking element in adopting "change", even if I approached them with healthy emotional intelligence and a high capacity for empathy. It is this observation that was the spark for my commitment to BreathWork.BreathWork is the practice of breathing techniques that impact positively your physical, mental and emotional health.I'm a certified Breath Master and 9D facilitator from the YogiLab organization in Bali and practice BreathWork daily. Now that I am retired, my mission is to share this "medicine" with as many people as possible so that we can all heal our mind and body, live in a balanced way and appreciate every moment of the present. In this way we will contribute to making this world a place of peace and exchange.
