I’mEmma Uhlenhopp, a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator with an MSc in Psychology & Neuroscience of Mental Health. My breathwork practice explores how our breathing affects the way we feel — and how we can use our breath as a tool to support our health, well-being, and healing. Our breath is one of the most accessible and powerful tools we carry within us.Drawing from both scientific understanding and experiential practice, I offer spaces where people can slow down, turn inward, and explore the simple act of breathing with more intention.
