1. Ticket Purchase & Availability

   • Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Only 20 seats are available.
   • All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

2. Event Details & Attendance

   • Date & Time: February 20, 2024, from 9:30 AM to 12:00 NN
   • Venue: Lunes Everyday Dining, Poblacion, Makati
   • Guests are expected to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. Latecomers may be subject to adjusted seating.

3. Seating & Experience

   • Seating is pre-assigned and may not be changed.
   • The event includes a curated tasting menu; dietary restrictions must be communicated at least 72 hours in advance but cannot be guaranteed.

4. Cancellations & No-Shows

   • If the event is canceled by the organizers, a full refund or transfer to a future event will be provided.
   • No refunds for no-shows or cancellations made by attendees.

5. Photography & Media Release

   • The event will be recorded and photographed. By attending, you consent to the use of your image in promotional materials.

6. Code of Conduct

   • Attendees are expected to engage respectfully with speakers and fellow guests.
   • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

7. Force Majeure

   • The organizers are not liable for changes due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, emergencies).
