Since 1995, AWE has supported women in business through business advising, business skills development, financing and providing networking opportunities.The AWE client service team offers a variety of free services including:Business Advising:We offer advice for business challenges and growth strategies, as well as marketing and financial issues. We also have a number of tools to assist in the development of a business plan and will assess your plan for financing.Loan Program:We can provide financing of up to $150,000 for new and existing businesses. Our loans are bundled with free, ongoing, professional business advice.Business Skills Development:We offer "real world" skills training, delivering practical results for small business success. Develop the essential skills you need to thrive.Events:We host or sponsor a number of events each year for women who want to start or grow a business. You’ll also see us at a number of tradeshows and business events around the Province.Resource Connections:We connect women to other providers of business services throughout Alberta.
