Full Circle ACTION Civitan Club chartered in 2022 as a part of Civitan International. We are a group of volunteers seeking to serve our local community needs in NE Oklahoma along the 75 Highway corridor north and south of Tulsa. The international emphasis of our volunteer projects is on helping people with developmental disabilities. We are ACTION oriented (Active Citizens Taking Initiative on Needs) through service, knowledge and fellowship.
