Erik Allen, has been participating in shamanic equinox, solstice, and Mayan fire ceremonies for over a decade. In 2021, he underwent an intensive training with practitioners from Guatemala working with the Cacao medicinally and in the leading of this ceremonial practice. He offers two varieties of ceremonial Guatemalan cacao to use. His shamanic connection to the owl totemic energy, which in the Mayan tradition has connection to the underworld, allows a space for connecting to our feelings of those passed as well as honoring life in the face of mortality. He brings the body awareness and groundedness into his long-standing martial arts practice. His purpose is to support a world of empowerment and love, personally, in relationship/family and wherever in the world our journey's lead us..
