Hi, I'm Daisy, a fully qualified Breathwork Practitioner, Yoga teacher and Coach based in SW London.I work in Mental Health with a team of Occupational Therapists and Holistic wellbeing. I hold 1:1 breathwork sessions and workshops in beautiful therapeutic spaces in central London and Richmond and teach at Mantra Yoga at 50 Hill Rise. I also run workshops at festivals, retreats, work as part of a team in Mental Health OT with clinicians. Bringing people together in community, harnessing the power of connection has led Daisy to take her workshops and sessions to rehabs, charities, groups. She collaborates with other practitioners to offer transformational events, to share these practises with as many people as possible.
