I am Marine Nomblot, a Paris-born and trained chef with a passion for culinary excellence. With experience working at renowned establishments such as Yannick Alleno and Christian Constant's Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as prestigious 5-star hotels, I have honed my skills and expertise in the art of fine dining.At the young age of 20, I took on the challenge of running my own restaurant, "La Mère Poule," located on rue Oberkampf in Paris. This early entrepreneurial endeavor allowed me to showcase my culinary creativity and develop a unique style of cooking.Driven by a desire to explore and learn, I embarked on a journey to travel the world, immersing myself in diverse cultures and cuisines. This global exploration has shaped me into what I proudly call a "global chef." I have acquired a wealth of knowledge and expertise in a wide range of culinary traditions, blending them with my French culinary roots.In 2019, I arrived in Australia and during the challenging times of the Covid pandemic, I founded M Cuisine Pty Ltd, a private catering company. Despite the obstacles, I remained dedicated to delivering exceptional dining experiences tailored to the individual preferences and desires of my clients.Recently, in 2023, I established Chaviar, Australia's first mobile caviar and champagne bar. This innovative venture combines the opulence of caviar with the effervescence of champagne, creating a unique and luxurious experience for discerning enthusiasts.I am thrilled to have the opportunity to connect with you personally.
