Dedicated to fostering connections within the clinical dental technology field and the broader dental community, the CDTA is committed to providing members with the resources they need to stay informed and compliant. Its diverse membership includes UK-based clinical dental technicians representing a spectrum of roles, from clinic owners to clinical dental technicians working in dental surgeries.The CDTA's support extends across all stages of a clinical dental technologist's career journey, from supporting students throughout their education to assisting newly qualified individuals as they embark on their professional path. Additionally, the association provides resources for experienced professionals to engage in lifelong learning, ensuring they stay abreast of advancements in the field. By facilitating ongoing education, networking opportunities, and compliance assistance, the CDTA empowers its members to thrive and excel in the dynamic landscape of clinical dental technology. The CDTA was incorporated as a non-profit organisation to gain better recognition by the public, to promote representation with other members of the dental team and stakeholders and organisations such as the General Dental Council, CG Dent and BDA.
