About the Trainer
This workshop is led by an established mental game golf coach with over 20+ years of experience working with competitive adult golfers, juniors, elite amateurs, and professionals. Drawing from real-world, “inside the ropes” insights, the trainer will share the mental game secrets used by top professionals to enhance focus, manage pressure, and perform at their peak. Coach Koe is a certified coach under Professional Golf Association Malaysia and Mental Game Coaching Professional.
Itinerary
10:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Introduction to the Mental Game of Golf
- The Role of the Mental Game: Understand why mental skills are essential for peak performance.
- Managing Thoughts & Emotions: Develop tools to handle pressure and bounce back after mistakes.
- Managing Expectations & Distractions: Learn to recognise and respond to internal and external challenges.
- Post-Shot Routines: Learn 6 mental and physical coping skills to reset after mistakes.
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Enhancing Focus on and off the Course
- High-Quality Focus: Practice focus drills and strategies to stay in the moment.
- Practical: Learn Visualization skills and craft an effective Mental PreShot Routine to enhance focus and make more putts under pressure.
- Putting Green Access: One hour for practical activities.
Terms & Conditions
1. Registration & Payment
- All participants must complete the registration process and make the necessary payment to confirm their attendance at the event.
- Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot.
- Guardians must either be a parent, an adult family member, or a coach who is directly involved in the junior participant's training and development.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- All fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to illness, travel disruptions, or personal reasons.
- Once payment is made, it is deemed final and cannot be returned.
3. Participant Substitution
- If the registered participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their spot to another individual.
- The organizer must be informed of the substitution before 18th January 2025, prior to the event via email with the new participant's full details.
4. Event Changes
- The organizer reserves the right to reschedule, postpone, or modify the event details (including venue, date, or speaker lineup) at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
- In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, participants will be notified in advance. Refunds will be issued.
5. Event Conduct
- All participants are expected to behave respectfully towards other attendees, speakers, and staff.
- The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant who displays inappropriate behavior, without a refund.
- No shorts and slippers. Do come dressed in golf attire.
6. Liability Waiver
- The organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the event.
- Participants acknowledge and accept all risks associated with attending the event.
7. Media & Privacy
- By attending the event, participants consent to the use of their image, likeness, or voice in any photographs, videos, or recordings made by the organizer for promotional purposes.
- Personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential and used only for event management purposes.
8. Accessibility & Special Requirements
- Participants with any accessibility needs or special requirements are encouraged to inform the organizer at least 7 days before the event to accommodate requests.
