With a background in Holosomatic Breath Therapy, having completed a 300-hour certification, I integrate breathwork as a powerful tool for emotional release and transformation. I also hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, with a focus on yoga's transformative potential for mind, body, and spirit. To further enhance my teaching, I have completed 15 hours of specialized training in the Art of Adjustments and 30 hours in Yin Yoga Teacher Training, which deepens my understanding of restorative practices and mindfulness. My approach to wellness is holistic, combining breathwork, yoga, mindfulness, and energy practices to help clients achieve physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
